Most of us predominantly live in a world of PINK and BLUE. Right from our cradle to our adulthood
and beyond, we are programmed to dress and behave in a certain way, according to the rules
assigned to our biological sex. This reinforces stereotypical beliefs about how we should look or feel.
Girls are made to wear dresses and told to act like princesses and behave nicely, whereas Boys are
told to be rough and tough, act Macho and not cry.
What if we could think beyond these ‘labels’ that we’ve been assigned…MEN, WOMEN, other
GENDERS? How differently would we behave if we just existed as HUMANS?
If we all have our hearts and brains in the same place, then WHY are we expected to stick to and live
up to specific Gender roles defined by the World? And what stops us from EXPRESSING our
EMOTIONS freely?
