EFT & CBT

What is EFT?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. This therapy is also known by emotional acupuncture, psychological acupressure or meridian tapping. It is a mind-body tool that clears physical and emotional blocks from your energy system with nothing more than your fingers and intention. It is one of the simplest, fastest ways to heal almost any kind of trauma, whether it happened yesterday or long time ago. EFT is easy to learn and apply, non-invasive, gentle and non-judgmental. Since there are no secondary effects, it can be taught to children and adults alike and can be used as a self-help tool. Just as the Volkswagen was once called “the people’s car”, EFT has been dubbed “the people’s technique”.

What is CBT?

CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This type of therapy works with the mind and the patient to improve patterns of thinking that cause problems in the life of the sufferer when their thoughts, based on experience, tend to define their experiences. CBT is highly effective, patient focused and as opposed to other types of psychological therapies, leaves the past and concentrates on the present and the future. An initial CBT assessment appointment if offered in order to identify and confirm that CBT is the correct therapy for the client and ensure the client will benefit from it. If so, the assessment appointment can determine the affecting factors of the presenting issue and how many sessions will be needed. A treatment plan will be created with treatment goals, including client consent to attend each session and actively take part in all aspects of the therapy, both during sessions and between sessions.

Our certified EFT and CBT coaches will help you to release any kind of trauma irrespective of when it happened and take you through therapeutic sessions which will be completely confidential and focused on improving your patterns of thinking.
